Approach

Ian Dubé’s approach involves initial meetings with clients to ensure a mutual understanding of what the needs and expectations are.  For each project, Ian assesses how his consultancy can add the most value in addressing his client’s immediate needs.  Each task is thoroughly researched and data assigned evidence and credibility weightings based on in-depth knowledge of the science of medicine, business processes and Ian’s particular expertise in both basic and clinically applied molecular genetics and laboratory medicine.

Opinions of members of a network of thought leaders in the field are consulted, if appropriate.  Ian’s reports and recommendations are tailored to clients’ needs and are based on robust analyses of the best available information.  Throughout the process Ian remains in close contact with his clients, maintaining a focus on the ultimate goal of enabling them to move forward on a timely basis; cost-effectively, and strategically.
